REFUND POLICY

Lana Leah, LLC. Refund Policy

At Lana Leah Skincare, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging intact. Any product that has been opened, used, or altered in any way shall not be eligible for return or refund. Customers must initiate a return request within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting our customer support team at Contact@LanaLeahSkincare.com. The return request must include the original order number, a detailed reason for the return, and supporting evidence if applicable & a photo. Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the designated return address.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional giveaways

Any attempt to return such items will not be processed, and the Company shall not be liable for any associated costs incurred by the customer.

Return Shipping & Processing: Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure compliance with our return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days. The Company shall not be responsible for any delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment processors.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us in writing at Contact@LanaLeahSkincare.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Such notification must include a detailed description of the issue and photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost to you. The Company reserves the right to request the return of the damaged or incorrect item prior to processing a replacement.

Discretionary Denial of Returns: Lana Leah Skincare reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy. Any item returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria may be sent back to the customer at their own expense. The Company further reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive return activity.

Modifications to the Refund Policy: Lana Leah Skincare reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this policy periodically to remain informed of any updates.
